You will receive a Product that is free of defects in materials and workmanship for 5 years from the date of the original purchase, provided that it is new and in original packaging when delivered to you.

 

Vyvydlighting Lights will inspect any Product that you return as defective. If we confirm that it is defective, we will either fix it, give you a new Product, or credit the original invoice, as we choose. We will not pay for any costs or expenses related to removing or installing the Product, such as labor, shipping, or damages during the return to Vyvyd Lighting.

 

 You must meet the following conditions to be eligible for this limited warranty:

 

1. You have used the Products according to the manufacturer’s instructions for installation and operation.

2. You have not harmed the Products by accident, neglect, abuse, misuse, lightning, electrical surges or acts of God.

3. You have purchased the Product directly from an authorized distributor of Vyvyd Lighting.

4. You can present your purchase receipt or invoice to Vyvyd Lighting when requested.

5. You have only used the Products in regions within Canada or USA.

 

Regardless of any other terms in this contract or the law, Vyvyd Lighting will not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from or related to any violation of this contract, no matter how serious, or from any actions or failures of their employees or agents. The company's liability will always be limited to the product's unit price.
